Sometimes for lunch you want it simple, quick, healthy and delicious!
This absolutely amazing dish is all of that.
You can make it at home if you don’t have the time to be extra creative or you can take it with you to work for lunch.
A slice of whole grain bread
A handful of Shrimps
A splash of juice from a lemon
A tablespoon of Mayo
French provencal sea salt (you can use regular salt instead)
Cut the avocado in two halves and remove the stone. Scoop the avocado flesh out with a spoon and slice it into smaller pieces. Put the avocado pieces on the bread and take a handful of shrimps and put it on top of the avocado. Add the tablespoon of mayo and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
I am always trying new salts and peppers because I love how they can add a new profile to the taste. For this lunch, I have used the French Provencal Sea Salt from the French Grey Sea Salt Blends 3-Pack from Caravel Gourmet. It adds a gourmet perspective to the dish and the taste really amplifies.
