I love to eat a healthy easy salad for lunch or as a side dish to a wholesome dinner.
Whenever I walk around the market, I try to find new things to add to or create a fresh new salad.
I mean, just look at these cute little Red Mini Sweet Snack Pepper!
This easy healthy crispy salad recipe is so delicious and you can make it in advance if you’re planning on taking it with you as lunch or if you don’t have the time when you’re cooking dinner.
30g Cooked Chicken
20g Crispy salat
4 Cherry Tomato
2 Sweet Mini Snack Pepper
40g Feta Cheese
1 tablespoon of salad dressing
Start with the chicken. I usually buy already cooked chicken. That way I can spare some time when I’m preparing the salad. If you don’t like this kind of chicken, you can cook a breast and divide it into smaller portions. That way you will have more chicken for an easy salad the next day or for dinner in the evening.
Wash and slice the Crispy salad, cucumber, tomatoes, and mini snack peppers into the wanted sizes. I like being able to see what I’m eating, so I usually slice it into bigger pieces.
Mix it all together with the dressing in a bowl, on a plate or in a lunchbox – I use one of these when I’m on the go, it has a built-in reusable fork
